A Portable Patio Heater Comes in a Variety of Types

Hey Gang..

Its almost the middle of November and its still 60 degrees outside during the day.. Whats up with that? I do like the warm better than the cold, but with the swimming pool closed now.. and it being rather warm out.. its just too warm to use a portable patio heater.

There are many variety of portable patio heaters out there.. Natural and Propane.. Electric and my favorite.. The old fashion wood fire pits. I just love the ambiance of wood fire along with the smell of the wood being used. Just call me old fashion… They might not be the easiest and the lazy way (something I am known for) to enjoy the colder days and nights outdoors, but the definitely the most romantic.

Propane and natural gas come in a huge style array of portable patio heater styles from those tall standing umbrella units, that you see outside hotels and casinos, to even a gas fire pit where if it is propane, the tank hides away underneath. Hey that one would fit right up my alley as a lazy way to enjoy a fire pit…lol.

An electric portable patio heater fits my “lazy man’s code of ethic, as it is extremely easy to operate and set up and move if necessary. They are also rather small and can me mounted on a stand or on a wall. And many of the electric portable patio heaters are infrared, so they tend to be very efficient. And if mounted inside, you do not have to worry about venting the burning gases. Many of our customers opt this route and even a few have done so because of no direct greenhouse emissions.

One more portable patio heater I should mention is the outdoor fireplace. All of the ones that we sell are wood burning. These are very decorative and come in many styles. My favorite is either the cast iron grape or the powder coated steel ones that look like cast iron. These are great for spending an early evening with your significant other, or even when you have guests and friends over. Love the wood ones as you know.
